Svein Stølen is a professor of chemistry and the rector at the University of Oslo (UiO). Stølen has been rector since 2017. Prior to this, he was the Vice-Dean of Research at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, the Department Head at the Department of Chemistry, and the Director of the Centre for Materials Science and Nanotechnology (SMN).

Johan H. Andresen, along with his daughters Katharina and Alexandra, represents the fifth and sixth generations of the Andresen family as owners of Ferd. Andresen assumed the role of chairman in 2012 after a 14-year tenure as CEO. He also serves on the Advisory Boards of the Carnegie Council for Ethics, the Autism Impact Fund, and the Center for Family Enterprises at Stockholm School of Economics.

Lars Andresen is the Managing Director of the Norwegian Geotechnical Institute (NGI). Andresen has been Managing Director of NGI since 2012. Prior to this he was Division Director for geomechanics and numerical analysis at NGI. He holds broad experience from research and consulting in Norway and abroad, including managing major research and innovation projects that bridge the business sector and academia. Andresen earned his master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering from the Civil Engineering Department at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and holds a PhD in Geology from the University of Oslo (UiO).

Øyvind Såtvedt is head of business development in Oslo municipality, City Council department for culture and business. Øyvind is a political scientist and previously worked as director of the Oslo Region Intermunicipal Political Council. He has also worked as chief of staff for the leader of the city council in Oslo, as a researcher at NIFU and a senior advisor at the consultancy company Analyse & Strategi.

Dr. Bjørn Atle Bjørnbeth is CEO of Oslo University Hospital. Bjørnbeth has been CEO since February 2020. He previously served as a section manager and department head at the Department of Gastro and Pediatric Surgery at Oslo University Hospital. Bjørnbeth established and chaired the Norwegian gastrointestinal cancer group for liver and pancreatic surgery (NGICG-HPB) from 2004 to 2015. He was awarded the Norwegian Medical Association's Leadership Award in 2013. Bjørnbeth is a trained gastroenterologist with a PhD in liver physiology from the University of Oslo (UiO).

Dr. Jónas Einarsson is CEO of the Oslo University Hospital Radiumhospitalet's research foundation, which is now named RADFORSK Investeringsstiftelse. Einarsson is the founder and former CEO of Oslo Cancer Cluster and Oslo Cancer Cluster Innovation Park. He is an honorary member of the Oslo Cancer Cluster. Einarsson is chairman of Ultimovacs and Hubro Therapeutics and a board member of Oslo Cancer Cluster Innovation Park, Ullernschaussen 52, Oslo Cancer Cluster Incubator and Oncoinvent. He is previously the chairman of Oslo Cancer Cluster, Oslo Cancer Cluster Innovation Park and Targovax and a board member of Nordic Nanovector and the Norwegian Veterinary College.

Andreas B. Eskelund is CEO of the student welfare organization in Oslo, Studentsamskipnaden SiO. Eskelund holds extensive experience from various management positions in the real estate and facility management industries. Previously he worked as executive director in Boligbyggelaget Usbl, with responsibility for real estate operations, rental housing and service deliveries. Eskelund has also been responsible for one of the business units in Coor Service Management and has been a consultant at PwC Consulting. Eskelund holds a master's degree in economics from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), and an MBA from Kingston University. Eskelund is former chairman of the companies Buildit AS, Klare Finans AS / Klare Inkasso AS and Usbl Boservice AS. He is a former board member of the Norwegian Housing Association (NBBL).

Katrine Fjeldhus is fourth generation in the Bertel O. Steen family and represents the owner family on the board. Fjeldhus holds a degree in civil engineering within water and environmental technology from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences and is Director for Earth and Environment at WSP Noway. Previously, she has held management positions at the architecture and engineering consultancy Sweco, working with sustainable urban development projects. Bertel O. Steen was founded in 1901 and has been widely known as one of Norway’s leading car dealerships. In later years Bertel O. Steen has done pioneering work within new mobility solutions, including solutions for carsharing. Bertel O. Steen is owner and operator of Sogn Arena in Oslo Science City.

Alexandra Bech Gjørv is President and CEO of Norway's largest independent research institute, SINTEF. Gjørv has been with SINTEF since 2016. She has previously been a partner in the Norwegian law firm Hjort and held numerous management positions in Norsk Hydro and Equinor. Gjørv was, among other tasks, responsible for building the two companies' business in renewables and clean energy technology. Gjørv is chair of the board of derectors at Statkraft and has previously been chairwoman of Eidsiva Energi and a board member of Technip, the National Broadcasting Corporation (NRK), Schibsted and Norske Skog. Gjørv chaired the governmental fact-finding commission appointed after the 2011 terrorist attacks in Norway. Gjørv has a law degree from the University of Oslo and holds a Diploma in Legal Studies from the University of Oxford and from Suffolk University in Boston. She has passed the New York State Bar Exam.

Bjørne Grimsrud is CEO of the Institute of Transport Economics (TØI). Grimsrud has a degree in social economics from the University of Oslo and has previously been the acting director general and CFO for The Norwegian Public Roads Administration. He has also been director of strategy at the Norwegian government’s building commissioner Statsbygg as well as held positions as researcher and research leader at The Fafo Institute for Labour and Social Research.

Lars Haram is the CEO of Oslo Pensjonsforsikring AS (OPF), a life insurance company owned by the City of Oslo. OPF manages and provides public service pensions to employees of Oslo municipality and publicly owned companies. OPF manages over 130 billion Norwegian kroner and is also a shareholder in Ullevaal Stadium. Haram has 20 years of experience in asset management and was the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and Head of Capital Management at OPF until 2022. Prior to joining OPF, he served as the Group CIO at Storebrand, where he was responsible for both Norwegian and Swedish guaranteed benefits. Haram holds a master’s degree in Industrial Economics and Technology Management, with a specialization in finance and programming. Before his time at Storebrand, he worked as a development manager at Rizklab, where he programmed systems for financial analysis and simulation.

Ole-Wilhelm Meyer is the director of Allstad (previously called The Norwegian Church Endowment). Allstad is one of the largest landowning - organizations in Norway. Their key business areas include real estate development, propriety and management of forest and farming resources and capital management. The endowment fund also manages a broad portfolio of cultural properties. Meyer has been the director of Allstad since 2013. He has had a long career in high-level management, both domestic and abroad. He has previously worked in banking, finance and insurance, as well as retail and industry. Meyer is an experienced board member, and active on the boards of The International Church Investors Group PLC, as well as the chairman of the board of Clemens Eiendom and Clemens Kraft. Meyer also has a long history of volunteer work from sports, church and culture. Meyer has a business degree from the University of Gothenburg.

Bjørn Erik Reinseth is CEO of Oslotech AS, the company that runs Oslo Science Park. Reinseth holds extensive business and management experience from among others Netcom, Sense Communications, Ferd and Foinco. He has previously also worked for CERN. Reinseth holds a master's degree in engineering from the University of Surrey (UK). He has studied management and strategy at Stanford University. Reinseth is chairman of the board of the incubators StartupLab and Sharelab. He has previously been a board member of Norstat Group, Ship Equip, Allierogruppen, Napatech, Aspiro / WiMP Music, The Cloud Networks, CFEngine and Smartphone.

Dr. Terje Rootwelt is the CEO of the South-Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority. Rootwelt is a pediatrician and health manager. He holds a PhD from the University of Oslo on resuscitation of newborns. Rootwelt is previously head of the clinic for the Department of Children and Adolescents at Oslo University Hospital and professor II of pediatrics at the University of Oslo. He was Deputy CEO at Oslo University Hospital from 2015 to 2016. Rootwelt is a board member of the Employers’ Association Spekter's Subcommittee on Health and of the National eHealth Board (NEHS).

Karen Spens is the President of BI Norwegian Business School (since August 2022). She joined BI from her position as the Rector of Hanken School of Economics in Finland. She holds a doctoral degree from Hanken and became a professor in supply chain management and corporate geography in 2007. Since then, she has held various leadership positions at Hanken, including Dean of Education from 2010 to 2015. Spens has held several international board positions, including membership in the EQUIS Committee and board membership in AACSB and AMBA & BGA.

Statistician from the University of Oslo, 1992. Teigland started his career as head of research and deputy director at NR and has led the build-up and development of NR's environment within statistical modelling, machine learning and image analysis for two decades. He has solid experience in initiating long-term collaborations with a wide range of customers and partners, as well as building and operating several Centers for Research-Driven Innovation (SFI).
